I'm not dieting for a contest, but have been eating clean with an eye on looking good at the pool or beach next year for the ladies. I'll NEVER have arms like Schwarzenegger, but I could get a ripped midsection if I stick with it. Anyway, best of luck at the Gold's Classic.</description>

No suggestions other than going to a doctor who might have an idea. Is it a muscle injury, nerve damage, joint involved? If you follow bodybuilding at all you mighta read the Ronnie Coleman articles about a lat tear versus nerve impingement. Big Ron says no lat tear, but that he had unknown nerve damage that he only noticed once he got ripped for the 2006 Olympia. By then it was too late to make any repair. I'm hoping that he's corrected that problem (with a chiropractor's help) for the 2007 contest. Wishing you success. Dieting is a b!tch.</description>
