well unfortunatelybecause of a problem with diet at the end here, i am out of the show. my metabolism kicked off for some reason and we couldnt get it to recover soon enough. no regrets though, i look the best i have in years. i am going to finish out the diet and then take two weeks off from everything to heal. after that i will begin a 12 week bulk up phase and start moving to do a summer show. thank you all for your support during this diet and we’ll get em in 08.

well all this morning me and my trainer made a very difficult decision…we have backed out of the sept 22 show b/c we felt i just wouldnt be in the best shape i could be. we have decided to enter the golds classic on oct 27 in point pleasant. this gives me 8 weeks more to really clean up and be at my best. thats what this sport is all about. and to be honest, i feel a lot better with the decision that we made.

well all, its lookin good for september 22. im at 8 weeks out and the bodyfat is melting away. so far, ive lost 20 lbs(from 252 to 232) and shed 2 inches off my waist size…cant rem the last time i wore a size 34…lol. the diet has its moments of frustration but im getting through it. it is truly amazing to watch the body respond to dieting. we’ve begun not only the cumpulsory poses, but also my actual routine. so all of my friends, im asking your opinion. for my music, the frontrunner is higher by creed. however we’re also looking at the song with arms wide open. keep in mind that we only have 60 seconds to pose so tell me what you all like….as always thank you all for your support

well all, its time to start. After meeting with my trainer we decided to start the contest diet a week early so we had a little extra time in case we ran into any unexpected trouble. im really amped up to get it all going. So my contest diet start date will be june 2 instead of june 9. d-day is here. looks like my starting weight will be 252 and looking at 220 as a marker. i should have my pics up this weekend or early next week…let the games begin.
