Frustrated
Sunday, April 29th, 2007I figured I would write in here to alleviate some frustration. I workout hard, eat right, and still, no fat loss. Maybe I think I eat "right" but in reality eat all wrong.
Starting tomorrow I am going to try Keto. I have researched it a lot and it seems like something that would work. I look at pictures of my from age 16 up and I have always had this same bodyfat. I have always been athletic, and anyone could tell that by looking at me. But I want to be lean, so here’s to my journey of reaching that goal.
I will be cycling the keto diet, so on the weekends I will up carbs. Which you know, should be fun.
