Just a thank you note:

July 31, 2009

Hello everyone! I just wanted to send all of  you a big warm thank you for all your get well wishes and support. I never used to get sick but for the past 3 months I’ve been visiting the doctor for something; first, it was the thyroid problem which I think now it’s under control, then I came up with allergies and now I haven’t been diagnosed but I’ve been getting ashtma attacks, I’m taking all ashtma medication and I’m finally feeling much better, the last ashtma attack I had was this past Sunday and today I feel great,  I just pray that I can get 100% better so I can continue working out.  I went back to the gym last week, I was affraid I was going to have an asthma attack while I was working out but thank God I didn’t. I have to take it easy with the workouts but I must admit I’m a little impatient and I like to push my body to the limit. For now, I guess I’ll train light and hopefully I can recuperate faster.  I wish everyone much health and success with all you do.  STAY STRONG!   :D

I’m tired!

April 9, 2009

Literally tired, without energy!  I went to the doctor about 2 weeks ago, my blood test results came back normal for everything except; she said I have an underactive thyroid. She said that’s why I feel I have no energy, I’m having a hard time losing weight.  She gave me some medication I’ve been taking for 2 weeks now and I still don’t feel any progress. I’m still tired, I’m still sleepy, I make myself get up and go workout and  sometimes is better than others, but I feel like I need to get over it, I’m starting to think it’s all in my mind! I know I need to be patient my doctor said I should notice a difference in about 4 weeks from when I first started taking my meds. But when it comes to my fitness goals I get so impatient! In the meantime, I’ll keep working out, I’ll keep eating healthy and see what happens.  So if you’re working out like crazy and eating right and not seeing results go see your doctor you might have the same problem I do.  I’m confident that I will get better and when I do. I’m hiring a trainer!  LOL
