Training Is Good
Friday, July 17th, 2009I just finished a back and biceps workout followed-up by some rotator cuff work. Feeling pretty good. Training has been great lately. I managed to get in four jiu jitsu classes this week and four last last week, so I’m happy about that. Jiu jitsu is a great workout, really gets the heart going. The rotator cuff has been alright. It’s about 80% of full strength, so I still have to keep up with the rehab work.
My diet is tight again. I had fallen off the diet wagon for about a month, but I’ve already lost 5 of the 10lbs I gained. No excuses, it’s my fault that I got sloppy for a month. At least the damage was limited.
