Back On Track
Sunday, December 28th, 2008I’ve been off the site for awhile and went through a nice slump. No weight training, no jiu jitsu and no muay thai. However, I am back on track with lifting and feel great, even if I don’t look great. My plan is to lift four days a week plus four days of jiu jitsu and muay thai. The muay thai and jiu jitsu are great for conditioning so I don’t plan on doing specific cardio exercises. Hopefully, that will be enough.
My biggest challenge will not be training, but rather my diet. Sometimes I’m so busy at work that I skip meals, which I know is a mistake. I’ve got to make more of an effort to prep for my meals.
