I am finally back in the groove. It has been a great week in the gym. My body has responded well to the shock of lifting again. I am just hoping that this trend will continue. We will see in the coming weeks if I can start seeing the physical changes that I had going before I went on vacation.

I really hurt myself this week. I had a 3 day weekend plus an unexpected day off (which I still got paid for). I slacked off not doing any of my weekend workouts. I had to work in our other office not being able to go to the gym because of our short staff for Veterns Day holiday schedule. Because of that I had to alter my workout plans this week. I had a great but horrible chest day yesterday. I felt very weak on the flat bench but pushed as much as I could. My cardio went well though. Really wanted to go longer but I can’t stay in the gym forever. Gotta get home to the wife.

Today, I had the most explosive day yet with my legs. I don’t know what the reason was behind it but it was great. I only work my legs one day a week so I don’t know if it is the 1 week rest or the juice "N.O.Xplode". After I lifted I did alil cardio but I couldn’t help myself but to go faster. I hope that doesn’t hurt my muscle building goal.

My arms "guns" were exploding yesterday. I lifted 85% heavy on e-z bar curls, 3×10 30lb. dumbbell curls, and 90% heavy till muscle failure on barbell curls. On my tri’s I went 3×12 90% two-handed overhead single dumbbell press, 3×10 80% slow single cable tricep extention, then to close it out 3 sets 85% two-handed cable pull down till muscle failure… My arms aren’t big but they felt enormous after that workout….

I have been feeling much progress in my workouts lately. My "back" workout yesterday was the best one yet. What lats I do have felt like they were bulging out the sides and my traps were just as solid as ever. I will post some progress pics soon even though I haven’t post any yet.

Yesterday I didn’t make it into the gym because I was working at another camp so I have to make it up today. Let’s see how that goes.

This is my first entry but of course my work out routine was started back in June. My strength is increasing so hopefully with the supplements I’m taking will start to change my physical appearence. I ordered Lipo-6 today so lets see if that will help out with my fat burning.
