Nice to see someone is really interesting in yoga. As you said, yoga is a body and mind sport. I need a peace place in my mind. In 2004, after 4 years playing badminton, I had less and less money to play badminton any more. Every morning, after playing badminton, I still don’t feel my mind cold down very well. I knew I needed another sport to keep my mind in peace. So, I chose yoga. It is cheap. I went to Nanning library to take a book back. I started from that. So, I am not very good, but it worked fine by me.

Yoga is very accessible activity.  You don't need any equipment, you can practice it anywhere, and anyone of either gender and in any age group can participate.  Level of difficulty can be scaled to suit the fitness of the person.  It's a great exercise for both mind and body.  How long have you been practising?</description>
