Sports and imagination.
September 22, 2008Sports could improve my fitness in my past. I am willing to try different sports in my life. When I played yoga. I would imagine I was other thing.In the meantime I used mirror to watch my some pieces of muscle. I know use my imagination it will help you forget the pain in the muscle. The mirror will help my muscle to keep in action. The same reason why I make the video of yoga. I always do yoga at home. First, I don’t have the money to go to a club. Secondly, I thought yoga need to wear less better. If it is possible, in my opoin , we are better to do yoga without clothes. Yoga come from India. If you look back the history of yoga. It was best way to do yoga in the past.
