My 5 year old is starting to enjoy *working out*
We make a game of it when i’m done. She’s getting good, graduated to 10lb bar.

Was going to Costco this morning and Hubby says you’re losing your butt! I haven’t lost any weight I said, mind you I should be doing the reverse putting some on! I’m feeling heavier! So just now (4:45pm) I jumped on the scale CRAP I did. I’m an Even 100. Damn it! I’m eating!!
Just like mom use to say things get worse before they get better!! I so dislike that saying!

Why is it after I eat or drink after working out I feel fat/bloated!! Makes me not want to eat or drink anything. But have been very good in the eating field i’ve eaten 3 times in total today knowing i’ve got to eat more a day but am having a hard time going from just eating dinner to 3 times. I know small meals lets take yesterday breakfast strawberries & grapes, no lunch, dinner was fish w/ lemon and rosemary. Today breakfast oatmeal with blueberries.. lunch nectarine.. dinner chicken, brown rice, green beans and salad. No fat in any of the meals; that i am good at boring foods as i’m told at home. Hubby says eat!!! I say i’m trying! He’s gonna hook me up on the protein shakes to help supplement.

Today I removed bread from my diet yet again!
Decline pushups 20×2, 17×1
Incline pushups 20×3
Tricep dips 20×3
Squats 20×3
Crunches 20×3, right 20×3, left 20×3 (and again tonight)
Jumping Jax 60
