Today was a light day. Stretched in the morning. At lunch I did:

50 declined sit ups, and 50 leglift/hip thrusts and 100 Torso Rotation with 90lbs each side. This was followed by an elyptical tabata session. Rinse Hydrate and repeat.Went to a farewell dinner for the base commander(my boss) came home and did 90 mins of YOGA X. I am one with my pain….hamana hamana hamana.

So today was a no cardio day, but I still walked 14000+ paces according to my pedometer.
Today was shoulders and arms. I did program plus the bonus stuff.
In addition, I did some forearms and additional triceps cuz I had the extra oompf, that is non turned to pooped.
Shower and bed comes next. ADIOS

This morning was a rest day for me, so no Chalean.
For lunch I did the same treadmill assisted suicide, plus 2 tabatas, 2 sets of 50 declined crunches 2 sets of 50 Leg lift hip thrusts and 2 sets of 100 Torso rotation per side. I can see my abs and feel them, but still need to loose some belly fat so they can be vissible from the newly refurbished hubble….HAHA
I came home abit early and took my son on a light 8 Mile bike ride before dinner. I ended up doing the P90X Plyometrics tonight. No matter how many times I’ve done it….STILL KICKS ME IN THE BOO-HOOTY! TTFN…

Today was a light day…RIGHT! I started out with Chalean Extreme Ab Burner 17 Min Ab Destroyer in the morning.
I went to work, and as I sat in pain at the office waiting for lunch, I could not decide if I wanted to do Cardio or Tabatas…I decided on Cardio…but what to do, so I decided on tabatas as well. Interestingly enough, my work out was only about…40 Min long. Here is what I did…

After a healthy dinner, I came home and started P90X week 3. I feel pretty darn good… if you will excuse me…I’m going to bed and die…TTFN

So last night we went out to dinner with some friends and had a great time. Although my wife said I did just fine, i felt like splurged abit. We had Korean Pork Short ribs cooked over a grill and open fire (Dea-ji Kalbi) and Korean Bean Curd with Tofu Soup (Deang-Jang Shi-gueh) and I had about 50tons of freshly cut uncooked garlic…YUM!
I felt abit guilty, so I added a 20 Min eliptical session right before my Shoulders and Traps Tabatas which consisted.
Shoulder: Overhead DB Press, DB Upright rows, DB Lateral Raise and Arnold Press
Traps: Shoulder Shrugs x 2
I keep saying DB, that’s because my wife bought me the Bowflex Select Tech 552s for my early B-Day present, in addition to my iPOD touch 32 for early fathers day. And I say early because Im overseas in Korea, and when the Post Exchange has an item you want…YOU GET IT!
After the Tabata session… I did my P90X legs and back. Legs were a bit hard, since I did leg Tabatas the day before, but I still did it…Hence the title of this post
I was high on motivation, so i threw in 3 sets of 10 push-ups thruought the P90X session when time allowed.
I was feeling like mush last night AGAIN, but the pain hurts so good. I just finished my 55Min of X Stretch and feel like a million bucks! Now I’m ready for next week! BRING IT!

Folks, was I Gumbified last night. I did not have any juice left to post my blog. But here is what I did. I started out with Tabata focused on Legs and calves.
Legs consisted of DB Squats, DB Lunges, DB Straight Leg Dead Lifts, and back to DB Squats
Calve consisted of Standing Calve Raise and Reverse Standing Calve Raise
All in Tabata style 20/10 X 8.
Still had a bit of energy, so I did my Abs routine (Decline Sit-ups, Leg Raise+Hip Thrusts, Roman Chair Russian Twists, Standing Ob DB Crunch and Plank)
In addition, I dd P90X Cardio X, which include some Yoga for a warm up. Yoga for a WARM UP? OUch! Needles to say, I was a gelatnous goo last night.

TRICEPS:Lying Tri Extension / Overhead Cable Extension / Seated Tri Extension
BICEPS: DB Curls / Incline DB Curls / Hammer Curls
FOREARM: Wrist Curl / Seated Wrist Curl

So I went to the PX to buy new jeans, since all of mine are falling OFF. Look like MC Hammer with my size 38s, except Hispanic…
Anyhow, I stroll to the mens DEPT and head for the pants section. I go an reach for the 34in waistline pants…. then paused, and reached for the 32s… I told my self they would never fit.
Went into the dressing room and dis-enrobed my slacks, removed the jeans from the hanger…
When I looked down, it was as if I was looking thru a freakin straw. Told myself…NO WAY, but proceeded to slip them on…Knees, thighs, hips, waist..Button……WTF???? THEY FIT? A bit snug, but the button closes with ease, not sucking it in, just PERFECT. A little body fat to get rid of, but…WOW.
I purchased them, and my next goal…. You guessed it, Unsnug my new 32s.
HOOAH!!

So I did the 63min P90X Plyometrics session and threw in 3 sets of 12 explosive bent over rows. I will be in pain in the morning. I challenge you to do more! HOOAH!

So far today I have walked about 15000 Steps and have done my set of tabatas. I took a page from one of my favorite Muscle&Fitness Mags (APR 09) with Bruce Lee on the cover. I modified the Tabata Workout 1 from Pg 181
I attacked my Chest and Abs today. My T-Session consisted of Push-Ups, Incline DB Press, Flat Bench DB Press and Chest Fly. For the Abs…I did the decline crunches and revers crunch hip thrusts. My body feels SO GOOD right now. Tonight I will do P90X Plyometrics session…HOORAY!
