Duramine

well im finally back training consistantly and it feels fantastic, no weight loss as usual but im feeling better. i am tired though… and thats normal but i mentioned this to my doctor and that im still trying to lose bodyfat (currently 30% and want to be about 25%) and was perscribed Duramine. I have looked for information but have found little on bodybuilding and duramine.  i am concerned i will lose muscle and screw up my metabolism when i have finished. Well i guess i will be taking my measurments tonight to see how i measure up after 30 days. Has anyone else tried it? i would like to hear from you :)

today i squatted 90kg at 10reps and took a pic of it just to say screw you to my male bodybuilder friend who just doesnt believe it is possible for females to lift any decent amount of weight… something along the lines of "i can’t imagine girls putting 90kg’s accross their shoulders" to all the girls out there lifting heavy keep it up and i wanna hear about it so i can tell him about it!

im 5′8′’ damn it!

firstly a little gripe.. why cant i put my height on my profile??? i think im the only one with this problem. but all that aside i have finally started training with some consistancy and am getting some form back. i ordered some supplements from bb.com store but the protein powders were confiscated at customs :( they contained egg. (anyone from australia dont order BSN lean dessert) i managed to get through no-explode and some other BSN gear. i must say i am totally impressed with this stuff, i have so much energy and its consistant unlike other things i have tried. anyway with any luck and with the intensity of my workouts i should have some new progress pics to post in a couple weeks. yay!

lipo 6 users? BSN users? anyone?

i am finally getting back in the gym again after about 6 weeks off. i was training 2 times a day previously, full time uni around exam time and managed to score an awsome part time job 3 days a week… so i was getting to bed about 2am and waking up at 6 or 7am. the end result was fatigue and depression. but now im back and not feeling quite as fit as i was before, about 1kg heavier and am struggling with the weights that i used to lift… and i finally found out my BF% the other day, 31% arrrrggghhhhhhh… thats really sucky.

im almost out of supplements and was thinking about taking lipo6, was wondering what people here thought about it? i enquired about it the other day but was reccomended hydroxycut hardcore instead… anyone had good experiences on this? i have tried hydroxycut but it didnt do much for me except make my eyes sore for some reason… but caffine does that to me.

i tried a few of the BSN products at an in store promotion the other day and damn they tasted great compared to the crap i have been taking. was wondering what kind of results people are getting off these products… just dont want to go and spend $300 on products that dont work. im still living on a students wage :( any advice from anyone would be fantastic :)

*update* coz this post took so long to write and my blog wouldnt load i have gone and ordered supplements from bb.com. what really shit me is that lipo6 could not be imported into Australia along with hydroxycut hardcore and a whole heap of other stuff that i wanted. i can still buy it in Australia but its gonna cost me a hell of alot more… lipo6 over here is closer to $90.

i have increased the cardio,cleaned up my diet, increased the weights, im building more muscle in my legs (or it feels like it anyway) but i cant lose the fat from my lower body. do many other women have this problem? my legs never seem to have much definition.

i have tried hydroxycut and believe i didnt get anything out of it. i have tried some thermogenic crap but it didnt do much for me either.

has anyone tried weightloss products that actually work? im not being lazy… i work out 5 to 6 days per week. i am just going crazy because not matter what i do i cant seem to drop past 70kg (155lb)

i want breast implants…

this is for the ladies….. not a blog as such, im just looking for information. i guess you all know the story. i was a big girl… i had big boobs but now since i have lost the weight i guess i have never grown to love being smaller.

i want to get implants, i like the way they look on others. was just wondering what girls who have them think about them? do they hurt? do you like the way they feel? i know its a personal choice but im looking to get as much info as possible before i make that step.

 if any guys are reading this (and i know they will because its about boobs :P ) was wondering what you think of them? what they feel like to you etc….

 

any feedback would be great :)

it starts now…. i am making a full commitment to my body now. 

today i had pics taken of most points of my body…. i wasnt happy about it but now i have a place to start.

i want to commit myself to my workouts for the next 6 weeks to see what my body can do. i dont feel that i have changed but i guess my next set of progress pics will determine that.

i think my biggest problem will be my diet. i am a student, i live on a tight budget i cant afford heaps of meat and carbs are so cheap so i guess i ill have to find a way to cut back as much as i can.

im also looking for a good fat burner supplement, i have been reading and reading but everything "claims" to be the most effective. like i said before, i run a tight budget so i cant keep buying things until i find one that works. if anyone has any opinion on fat burners that have been tried, tested and really work i would LOVE to hear from you :)

well i learnt a lesson today.. concentrate when lifting. sounds basic enough but i guess i zone out sometimes when i shouldnt. i went to squat 80kg today without really thinking about what i was doing….. and my god! it felt like i was going to snap my back in half. i have always watched those nasty gym accidents and have somewhat developed a paranoia about hurting myself so i guess this acted as a wake up call.

 

after i got over it i ended up squatting 90kg…. i never thought i could do that. so yay!

 

still haven’t been able to get my body fat done but hopefully in the near future ill know but im reaching the 70kg mark with my weightloss. this is a point i dont like being at, on one hand im happy i have come this far, on the other it is a point i can never seem to get past. no matter what i do or eat i can never seem to get to or maintain anything under 70kg.

 

advice from anyone about workouts, suppplements, anything that has helped them lose weight would be greatly appreciated.

yesterday i got my results back from a fitness test, OUCH! not impressive at all.

strength of a 20yo… good.

flexability of an 18 yo…. great.

cardio of a 40 yo …. ARRRGGHHHH! wtf is with that!  

yeah i was sick at the time of testing but surely it couldnt have that much impact. so yeah… i thought i was on track but im way off. i would of hate to have known what my cardio was like a couple years back at 93kg! so i went for a run with my partner, it felt ok … i didnt feel like a 40yo… but i sure do have room for improvement.

im getting my bodyfat % done in the next few days. cant wait until i get that reading as it will give me something to work towards. for the last few months i have not been able to shift numbers on the scales AT ALL and im getting pretty damn sick of it so it would be nice to know whats going on. not dropping weight has been my biggest barrier to date.. im getting wrestless when i work out, not sticking to a pattern and being way to random in my workouts.

take a guess at my bf %! im guessing ill be about 30%
