i cant lose the ass
i have increased the cardio,cleaned up my diet, increased the weights, im building more muscle in my legs (or it feels like it anyway) but i cant lose the fat from my lower body. do many other women have this problem? my legs never seem to have much definition.
i have tried hydroxycut and believe i didnt get anything out of it. i have tried some thermogenic crap but it didnt do much for me either.
has anyone tried weightloss products that actually work? im not being lazy… i work out 5 to 6 days per week. i am just going crazy because not matter what i do i cant seem to drop past 70kg (155lb)

kirsty ur probly at that weight that is going to be very tough to get rid of and it happens to everyone! i have 2 suggestions that might help, try to take in less salt, maybe ur holding alot of excess water and the other one is the stair master or squats. if its around ur booty than that should work but if its by ur hips than try some side crunches.. diet pills only assist and the only one that honestly worked for me is lean tabs by fizogen.. but dont give the pills a try unless ur totally fed up with waiting. best of luck
