i cant lose the ass
Sunday, May 20th, 2007i have increased the cardio,cleaned up my diet, increased the weights, im building more muscle in my legs (or it feels like it anyway) but i cant lose the fat from my lower body. do many other women have this problem? my legs never seem to have much definition.
i have tried hydroxycut and believe i didnt get anything out of it. i have tried some thermogenic crap but it didnt do much for me either.
has anyone tried weightloss products that actually work? im not being lazy… i work out 5 to 6 days per week. i am just going crazy because not matter what i do i cant seem to drop past 70kg (155lb)
