The same battle

So now I have to loose about 5kg (11lbs) so that I end up like I was…
To my surprise I just gain 1 pound when I spent 2 weeks holiday away from my city with no exercise but of course extra careful with my meals. But then the next and final weeks of my summer holidays I start to eat some sweets and still I didn’t do much exercise and this is the result… I gain 4Kg in 2 weeks. However, I was conscious about my weight and the things I ate… I knew that when I came back home I had to restart the battle that I once had won.
So now I’m starting to do the habitual treining everyday and I hope to achieve 52Kg (114.4lbs) in a month or something like that.

I’m now with 55.1Kg (121.22 lb) which is the closest to my goal that I’ve achieved so far. I’m doing a lot of running and abs and now I’m starting to do some quadricepes, biceps and triceps exercises with dumbbells.
