Back into Cardio I….

I did a 40 minute cardio workout w/o the strength training.Felt amped the whole day.  It felt great but I know I still have to push myself in the morning!

I detest cooking.  I’m happy it is warm out so plenty of chilled foods and no baking.  But it still means back to the grind of preparing bulk foods!  Lots of salads.  Not so bad.  Any fresh ideas anyone?

I’mmm back……….

Time to start a new!  And I really do mean anew!  Time to load some new music to the ipod and get back to work.  Thank you for everyone that said a prayer for my family.  Still taking it a day at a time and enrolled back in school.  Must Finish That Degree   Must Finish That Degree  My new mantra!  Okay everyone if you were slacking…playtime is over!

Sad News….

Training had been off.  Recently there was a death in the immediate family.  Makes you hurt in many ways and feel all type of ways and realize how precious  life truly is in so many ways.  I know many write to take it one day at a time but I also want to state, embrace life one day at a time.  Never put off for tomorrow what you can say today!  Never go to bed angry.  And always end the day with an I love you even if it is to nobody other than yourself.  May God be with everyone!
