I did a 40 minute cardio workout w/o the strength training.Felt amped the whole day. It felt great but I know I still have to push myself in the morning!

Glad to see you’re back at it. Its good to push, but still maintain a level of moderation. You dont want to overdo it too soon.

You’re smarter than me. I’m notorious for rushing back into the gym after a time away, and immediately hurting myself because I tried to work out too hard too fast.
