Well he told me no surgery. Since I dont have any stabilty probs no need for it. He also said my ACL will never heal so its like a catch 22 i guess. So i now have the ok to start back on legs but now I will use lifting wraps religously. So what do you think? Should I get a 3rd opinion? Or just becare with no side movements and go for it??

12 of us last nite went out and ate crawfish for the 1st time this year. Awsome. Then danced all nite long. My knee has been cooperating so far. Wish you could have been there pinching tails and sucking heads. They taste so dam good!!

Yes, the swelling is back. I cant seem to pace myself. I am so frustrated, I feel like cutting it off. why cant we go out an buy new legs or any other body part we want..LMAO. Well its back to the ole drawing board.

Well I am back to my regular leg routine with lil to no swealling. I cant stop ppl. I quit your basic squats an started using the Smith machine because it moves my feet further forward so it puts more presure on my quads an glutes instead of my knees like the standard squat plus it looks more impressive because if you ever used a Smith machine you know u can like double the weights on it..LOL. WOOHOO. So now with LOTS of luck an good strecths i will be ok. Plz wish me luck for i think I will need it.

Well I just i got back from the gym an it wasnt too bad. I was able to squat 405# 3 sets of 15 but you know doing squats on a Smith machine is like nothing. 405 felt like 315# but it keeps you in good form. But I did wrap my knees an then went to leg extensions. So far so good. No pain an no swelleing. Time will tell. I will go again on Monday

I am back to the gym an gonna do legs. I cant just stopno matter what a Dr. says. I will just take it easy an not go heavy like 500 or 600# Just try like a bunch of 400# reps. Something I can handel with ease an still keep my size. I will wrap the shit out of them for more support. So my motto go heavy or go home will now reflect a lil different. Do what you can an hope for the best!

Yes I have a torn ACL in my left knee. I will start therapy on Monday. The Dr. said i didnt need surgery since my knee isnt hurting an isnt popping out. I just have sweelling and thats from osteoarthritis in my knee. As of now no squating or hack squats. So i am now just leg extensions anany variable leg exercise i can dream up. Any ideas let me know. I dont want to lose my size but i think it will be enevatable now. I am SO BUMMED!!

Well tomorrow I will see the Dr. on the results on my recent MRI on my left knee. His nurse wouldnt tell me over the phone but all she would say is it came back ABNORMAL!! What the hell does that mean. She said well the Dr. wants to see you in person. I am , to say the least, NERVOS. I can see my legs schriviling up an looking like tooth picks cause i want be able to work em again. Plz pray for me an keep your fingers crossed.

Went to the Dr. on Tuesday an had a MRI. Dont think anything is tore at this time but want know more till Monday when he gets the results of my MRI. Wish me luck PLZ!!
