About 3 years ago it was the first time I hit 200lbs, I lost 75 lbs in 4 months. Things aren’t as easy now as they were back then since going through a pregnancy, but I am determined to get into EVERY skinny piece of clothing I own lol I’ll post pics, it helps me stay motivated:

So it’s May 15, got back from the gym not too long ago and I feel so much better. My fitness level, energy, everything has got so much better . I’m up to 6 days a week in the gym, I do 45 minutes of cardio and about 30 minutes of weights. My goal isn’t to get "ripped" I actually want to stay away from that, but… I love the weights WAY more then the cardio lol We’ll see what happens. I need to get on a regular schedule with eating. I’m worried I may be falling back into bad habits and only eat about once a day, it’s helping shed the weight but I can’t do that to myself anymore. SO many websites and different information in that field leaves me so confused. Anyway, I’ll try and get some pictures up as embarrassing as they might be, but it will make me more proud when the weight is off and to look back and see what I’ve accomplished! Well it’s been 10 days since I “officially” started my diet and I’ve already lost almost 10 pounds! I’ve also lost two inches on my waist and an inch on my arms, legs…EVERY WHERE ELSE! I’ve been eating well (which is going very well) and doing brisk walks every day with my almost 3 month old son (on the 14th) oh my time is flying. I may reach my goal before Christmas. Any way, I’m very excited there is that much of a difference already, just goes to show you what some motivation and hard work will do, also with a touch of will power. Next update will be hopefully in ten more day with two more inches off
