Yeah baby!
Wednesday, September 26th, 2007Training the last 2 weeks has been awesome. Back on track with my clean eating and making wonderful progress on those abs. I have changed up my workouts…. felt like i was getting in a rut and no real physical changes in my back, delts. So i have been training hard and making some strides!
The highlight of my day is my workout! I see my friends and it is such motivation! There is just something about being in the gym, getting some good cardio in and getting wet and sweaty! I leave feeling such accomplishment and am truly on a high. Forget the coffee, my workouts give me that caffeine jolt and it is AWESOME!
