Lovin’ every minute of it . . .
Friday, May 18th, 2007I finally broke the barrier….. I dropped 2 pounds (after about 4-5 weeks)! My strength has come back this week…… i have gone up in weights and my sprints on my HIIT training are coming so easy and for longer durations. The feeling i get after working out is phenomenal….. it is a drug i don’t want to give up. Ha! I need to update my pic and get my bf tested. I am so excited to see what my bf is now.
I’m going to start splitting up my workouts now. I have been doing upper MWF and now i will actually break up shoulders, delts, on Monday; lower body T,TH; Wed - chest and back and Friday biceps and shoulders. (is this a good breakup of upper body?) I’m so close to my goal (lower my bf) that i am focusing on chiseling my abs and now that the fat layer is almost gone, my definition will start to show! My shoulders, delts and back are my focus. Those halter tops look so cool now [if I may toot my own horn

Just found out my high school reunion will be in September! i will be more than ready by then! I’m just elated that I am ready for summer!!!
My eating has been super clean. It has been sooooooo easy to keep this up. I just want to save the world and enlighten everyone on how to lose fat! This is such an awesome website that it keeps me motivated and gives me new goals.
