Lovin’ every minute of it . . .

I finally broke the barrier….. I dropped 2 pounds (after about 4-5 weeks)! My strength has come back this week……  i have gone up in weights and my sprints on my HIIT training are coming so easy and for longer durations.  The feeling i get after working out is phenomenal…..  it is a drug i don’t want to give up.  Ha!  I need to update my pic and get my bf tested.  I am so excited to see what my bf is now. 

I’m going to start splitting up my workouts now.  I have been doing upper MWF and now i will actually break up shoulders, delts, on Monday; lower body T,TH;  Wed - chest and back and Friday biceps and shoulders.  (is this a good breakup of upper body?)  I’m so close to my goal (lower my bf) that i am focusing on chiseling my abs and now that the fat layer is almost gone, my definition will start to show!  My shoulders, delts and back are my focus.  Those halter tops look so cool now [if I may toot my own horn :)  ]  

 Just found out my high school reunion will be in September!  i will be more than ready by then!  I’m just elated that I am ready for summer!!! 

My eating has been super clean.  It has been sooooooo easy to keep this up.  I just want to save the world and enlighten everyone on how to lose fat!  This is such an awesome website that it keeps me motivated and gives me new goals.

Flyin high…….

I seem to be struggling with lifting the weights i usually lift (even heavier).  What’s going on?????  My arms start to shake and cannot complete the sets i am used to…..  On a suggestion from a guy who lifts, i tried a new supplement…. actually one that you add to your bottle of water, it fizzes and you down it quick.  It is supposed to enhance your lifting potential.  Well, it made me nothing but a nervous nelly.  I wasn’t really jittery, just felt like life was moving fast.  Never will i do that garbage again.  Even last night i kept waking up every hour (ready to work out, no doubt) but i wasn’t tired.  A friend/personal trainer told me not to do the caffeine stuff…. its only temporary.  He said i’m running too much!  Huh???? What?????  I run M-F doing HIT after my weight lifting.  Said I could be not getting enough water or not eating enough carbs and because I am working out every day, i’m not giving my body a rest……  So, I am going to slow down…..  I am seeing my arms sculpt even more in the last 2 weeks….. yeah!  I got so dark from my beach trip that i think i better lay off the rays for awhile…….  .

Today i did my leg workout; squats, leg press, leg extensions and tried some new stuff.  I did one-leg squats off of a step with weights.  Then i lifted a dumbell above my head and squatted, but on my tippy toes……i was sweating like i just got through with my run and my legs were raw! :)   I then did 100 lunges and worked on my abs….. Trying to chisel those abs and waiting for my bf to drop so those abs will say hi to me by the summer gets here!!!!!!

I feel so good…….. I just want to make sure i can keep upping the weight and get stronger……
