Friday, April 20th, 2007This week has been one of the best weeks in my training!!!! I finally fell below the threshhold of my plateau….. Dropped 2 pounds this week and am sliding into size 4s. More than anything, i felt stronger this week and my endurance has flown through the roof. I have been doing sprints on the treadmill for about 30 seconds every 2-3 minutes and seems to be paying off. I have been having to eat alot lately.. my stomach starts to growl and its time to eat again! Not a bad thing! I have been doing awesome in my eating clean and i am finally "tuned in" completely on my diet. I am leaving for Cancun tomorrow and plan on taking my Protein powder and protein bars to combat the snackin’ urge (chips/salsa) and am looking forward to having some ritas…
Plan on working out while i’m there……. hope the gym has nice weights…

Monday, April 16th, 2007Well, i have finally dropped another pound. Not that i’m not ectastic, but it is slowly coming off and although that is a good thing, i would like for the scale to "speak" to me a little more. I have dropped almost 2 sizes and everytime I try some of my "old" clothes, i feel like the Nutrisystem person, holding their skirt or pants out several inches. Happy? Yes!
I am needing to get a different routine. I feel like my muscles are being taxed. I work to exhaustion and yet, i’m not the muscle woman i want to be!!! LOL! I am so anxious to drop my bodyfat% that i want to try some supplements (although I am so into not taking artificial stuff). I’m needing a quicker fat burner than just my cardiowork everyday. I need to switch things up a bit, maybe even getting a personal trainer to keep me in line!
I am heading to Cancun this weekend and am hoping that I don’t cheat too often this week…… before I go. My second beach trip where i have finally gotten into bikinis! Yeah! That alone is an accomplishment. Just wish i had the 6pack to go with it, but it will come….. in time.
