Well i hate to admit it.. but iam taking a week off of lifting.. iam scared to see whats going to happen.. ive seen huge gains in everything ive been doing the last four months.. soo maybe my body need a little break

Taking a break is good for your body. Most of the body builders i have spoken with say to take a break after the show or hardcore training for around sixteen weeks. They tell me after this break is when the body grows the most when trainning. Just be careful not to get lazy!!! Your doing great good job…
