This is my first and very short entry as I am trying to figure out how this works. It seems that I am somewhat “Iternet challenged” but you work with what ya got, ya know.  Has anyone ever had Botox injections for medical reasons - pain, spinal issues? Just curious. Have to do that and the sad thing is- I’m more concerned about how it might impact my lifting then the health issues I need it for. Some people think I have my priorities mixed up ….
