Bitta ab training today, tried something new…owch…normally do a two piece routine of crunches and rev. crunches then a minutes rest and go again, but today tried a three piece…och, threw in a minute of air bike, if you wonna feel a burn i recomend this one my abs are still on fire!

Decided to go into a 3 side football match before my exam week, f’ing hell after about 15 minutes i was in bits, It got so bad that I felt as if I was going to get sick. This has really woke me up and come June 1st im not only gonna lay it into the weights but also cardio and stamina work.
