Muscle Confusion
July 31, 2009I got my ass kicked for a half hour and it was great! Definitely didn’t need any cardio after, that was my cardio! It sounds easy but it’s really not, lol You need to concentrate on your form on each rep, not on "omg, i have 5 reps left!"
push up position on dumbells feet wide
push up
pullup dumbell(one arm then the other)
superman(one side then the other)
twist core-bring knee to opposite elbow(one side then the other)
start over
3 sets of 10, 30 seconds rest in between each set
rest for 2 mins
standing with small medicine ball
side bend(one side then the other)
squat down with ball in front
kick feet back into pushup position
pushup on ball(this starts to get difficult on a small ball)
jump back to squat position
jump into standing position
side jump over aerobic step
start over
2 sets of 10, 30 seconds rest in between each set
Let’s just say my muscles were confused and my body was jello!
