		<description><![CDATA[I am now more consistant with more workouts. The only suppliments I&#8217;m taking, other than the ones mentioned, are one-a-day vitamins/minerals, Vitamin C tablet, and Omega 3 tablets. So far I&#8217;ve felt great.
