I am now more consistant with more workouts. The only suppliments I’m taking, other than the ones mentioned, are one-a-day vitamins/minerals, Vitamin C tablet, and Omega 3 tablets. So far I’ve felt great.

Lately my workouting and eating right have really become absent. Starting tomorrow morning I start again with a simple plan that will work for me.
