Started watching my Soduim under 2000mg a day. My carbs are very low right now in take around 50g a day. No more protein shakes sucks after a workout but what can you do.
My workouts is back to my drop set and super sets. I do three hevay sets with one light set just trying to sweat my ass off in the gym and it works.

4th week out weighing 147lbs at 7% body fat. I want to try and keep my weight up until i have to drop water and deplete down to 142lbs. The weight class limit is 143.25lbs. I’m going to cut my carbs starting Monday, same for Tuesday. Wensday and Thursday im going to intake around 250 grams of complexe carbs. Friday and Staurday low carb days and Sunday carb up day.
For my training im going to hit every muscle twice a week with 2 days of rest between the next time i hit that muscle. I’m also gonna focus on claves and forearms a lot.

I want to target my Lats and Legs a lot more. Start hitting back and legs two times a week.
