With all that’s going on in my life right now I still steal a moment or two to pause and reflect. I have a new perspective on life in general these days, and I’m grateful for that! I have come to believe that every person I have ever met and will meet has a purpose in my life. Some may bring sadness, sorrow, pain, indifference, and some bring pleasure, peace, and happiness…whatever the reason they touch my life I have learned something from each and everyone about myself. I have to experience unpleasantness and pain from time to time, it reminds me what the good stuff feels like so that I can move towards that much quicker and not sit in the crap. A very wise friend once told me that sitting in **** is all warm and cozy until it cools off! LOL I always laughed at that…however there is so much truth to it.
I have my short term and long term goals set, and I am being more realistic in them (at least I think so! haha), in every aspect of my life. I will start training for a new position…a new women’s health club will be opening in my city February 1st…I was contacted by the owner to join her staff. She has also stated she will allow me to teach a few beginner pole fitness classes to see if her clients have an interest, if they do she will allow me to teach in her facility. I’m very excited for this opportunity…and it will bring me one step closer to my long term dream/goal.
My life is really just beginning and I’m so looking forward to the adventure! Ok, enough of my rambling LOL. To those of you who have stayed in touch and believed in me..THANK YOU! because in part your strength has helped me grow and reach this wonderful place I’m at now!
God Bless!!

I apologize if anyone feels offended, I am deleting from my friends the people that I don’t hear from or have left comments on your page and you don’t respond. It’s nothing personal…it just doesn’t make sense to me to "collect" friends if you really aren’t.
Have a wonderful Sunday everyone and keep tearin it up!!
God Bless!!

I have spent the past week taking a very serious inventory of myself and my shortcomings. It has been time not only well spent, but so overdue! I have re-evaluated my goals and have made some decisions…I hope are for the better. I found I had strayed so far from the basics that I lost myself in the process…well I have found my way back! God willing the rest will fall into place.
You will notice a change in my page, I will not be posting progress pics unless there are some serious changes! LOL In the mean time I look forward to watching the success of others and hopefully learning more from that!
God Bless and have a wonderful wkend!!

I have been seriously considering looking at relocating. I have no friends here and my children are grown and gone. It would be nice to start fresh and maybe meet some people who not only know how to have a friend, but actually be one! I have discovered through the years that I have always been there for people no matter what and if they needed me I dropped everything to be there in the tough times. I however don’t know what that’s like to really have someone be there for me when I truly need a friend. I didn’t realize until recently that I have allowed this to happen…because I care about people I made it easy for them to lean on me…I can’t do that anymore, I need dependable caring people in my life, and people who don’t need to lie and make empty promises, those things are very hurtful and not something I can do to a "friend" or anyone for that matter.
I’m certainly not feeling sorry for myself, just taking a good look and being responsible for my situation. I believe now that I deserve more in this life because I’m WORTH IT! LOL ok …just had to throw my thoughts out there cause I don’t have anyone to talk too..I really hate having conversations with myself Ha Ha! Have a fantastic Thursday everyone!
God Bless!

I got a call from my sis before I went to work tonight…my favorite Uncle ended up in emergency surgery, after they took him to recovery he had to go back to surgery. I live to far away to be with him…he was still in surgery awhile ago when i called, they don’t think he’s going to make it! I’m preparing myself for it as best I can. Could use a few extra prayers for him. Thanks for listening…God Bless

I have some painting to finish and been trying to work as well…I’m so exhausted…I go from 6 am to about 3 am to try to fit everything in and get it done…closing on the house is Dec. 4th so not a lot of time to pack and get things sorted out as I have a lot of stuff to sell before I move.
I have been invited to spend my b-day(New Years Eve!) and New Years in New York! I’m planning on leaving the 28th and coming back the 2nd of Jan. Should be a fun time!! Who knows I just may move there! LOL Hope everyone is still kickin it in the gym…have a fantastic week!!

Well I got back from San Fransisco on Monday and have been buried ever since! I have been getting the house ready to sell so have been painting etc. everyday from 7:30 til 3am! They listed it yesterday and had rhew 1st showing last night…there are still some things that need to be finished yp but I’m waiting on the electrician and contractor to finish up! Hopefully it will be sold soon and I can have my life back!! LOL The homes in my neighborhood are never on the market for more than two weeks…mine is has more square footage than the others and the only one with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
I will be posting my video interview later today….the reason I went to Cali was I was asked to be interviewed for Studioveena.com because they felt I am such an inspiration to women, in particular the women on that site…they wanted to know more about me and how I got in shape *most of then are in their 20’s and 30’s…it was quite an honor…and it was ALL EXPENSES PAID!!!
Well bb friends I hope everyone is still kicking it in the gym…have an awesome day!! God Bless!!
Here is just a few pics from my house…just for fun!

BEST LAWYER STORY OF THE YEAR ! Charlotte, North Carolina. A lawyer purchased a box of very rare and expensive cigars, then insured them against, among other things, fire. Within a month, having smoked his entire stockpile of these great cigars and without yet having made even his first premium payment on the policy the lawyer filed a claim against the insurance company. In his claim, the lawyer stated the cigars were lost "in a series of small fires." The insurance company refused to pay, citing the obvious reason, that the man had consumed the cigars in the normal fashion. The lawyer sued.. and WON ! Delivering the ruling, the judge agreed with the insurance company that the claim was frivolous.
The judge stated nevertheless, that the lawyer held a policy from the company, which it had warranted that the cigars were insurable and also guaranteed that it would insure them against fire, without defining what is considered to be unacceptable fire" and was obligated to pay the claim. Rather than endure lengthy and costly appeal process, the insurance company accepted the ruling and paid $15,000 to the lawyer for his loss of the cigars lost in the "fires". NOW FOR THE BEST PART.. After the lawyer cashed the check, the insurance company had him arrested on 24 counts of ARSON (Arson is the crime of deliberately and maliciously setting fire to structures or wildland areas.) With his own insurance claim and testimony from the previous case being used against him, the lawyer was convicted of intentionally burning his insured property and was sentenced to 24 months in jail and a $24,000 fine. This is a true story and was the First Place winner in the recent Criminal Lawyers Award Contest.
