I’ve been taking it easy on my left arm recently because I was developing tendinitis. Well it’s now full blown! I have been helping a friend flip his dad’s house, I’ve been showing him how to frame and sheet rock, install replacement windows etc. It has now taken it’s toll on my elbow. I have been diagnosed with severe medial tendinitis, and no lifting for a few months. My Doc says I probably won’t be able to compete in March…we’ll see! I will focus on lower body for now, especially my glutes and abs. I’m just a little disappointed but I know that because I’m older things are going to happen when I push my body…so I just need to try to heal. Today I will be doing only cardio. DB wrist curls 4 sets
Oblique crunches to failure reps
Cable crunches 4 sets

I haven’t been able to been on or get back to anyone today because my monitor died last night. I’ve been using a friends for a few minutes at a time tonight just to check e-mails and try to respond to as many peeps as I could.
