I’m half way back! LOL

I still am dealing with some heavy stuff but at least I can function now.  I’m still on track with my workouts and will try to get back to posting them soon.

Today is my son’s 23rd b-day (he’s my youngest), so I’m feeling just a tad old today! LOL  Any way hope everyone is still on track and for those of you that sent me messages of support and encouragement…THANK YOU!  I do appreciate it!

I’ve been taking it easy on my left arm recently because I was developing tendinitis.  Well it’s now full blown!  I have been helping a friend flip his dad’s house, I’ve been showing him how to frame and sheet rock, install replacement windows etc.  It has now taken it’s toll on my elbow.  I have been diagnosed with severe medial tendinitis, and no lifting for a few months.  My Doc says I probably won’t be able to compete in March…we’ll see!  I will focus on lower body for now, especially my glutes and abs.  I’m just a little disappointed but I know that because I’m older things are going to happen when I push my body…so I just need to try to heal.  Today I will be doing only cardio.  Have a fantastic day everyone!!

I couldn’t wo when I was gone so hit heavy today

Warm up

Squats 4 sets

Leg extensions 4 sets

Lying leg curls 4 sets

DB lunges 4 sets

Seated calf raises 4 sets

Standing calf raises 4 sets

T-bar row 4 sets

Front lat pull down wide grip 4 sets

Back extensions 4 sets

Bicep curls 4 sets

Hammer curls 4 sets

DB wrist curls 4 sets

Oblique crunches to failure reps

Cable crunches 4 sets

40 minutes pole work, cool down.  That’s all folks!  Have a great day!!!
