I made a vid today of part of my pole work out to win a bet from my girlfriend. She didn’t believe I could hang upside down by my thighs or knee…HAHA JOYCE, I WIN!! PAY UP WOMAN!!! (this looks awful cause I’m bulking and not real lean at the moment!)
