Progress still hindered…may not compete in Nov.

I got cleared to do some light delts, tri’s, and bi’s, but still no shoulders and most chest.  I have been slow to heal from my tendinitis due to my job…so I quit the job…that’s what caused it in the first place.  It’s not a bad thing though because it has motivated me to work at getting my business started.  I will be working for a temp agency so that I can have the time I need to focus on my dream.  It’s looking like I will not be able to compete until next year due to the time off on my upper body and I still can’t lift heavy for at least another month!  I’m easing back into it now and have been doing really well but the doc said as bad as my tendinitis was I could easily re injure if I don’t go slow.  I guess I am looking at this as an opportunity that I’ve been given rather than a set back.  I haven’t made a lot of progress since my last pics (I don’t think anyway), but I will try to post a few updates this weekend sometime.

OT..To Answer the Question About Why I don’t Post face Shots

I don’t put up face shots or closeups of my face because of the scars.  When I was with my ex-husband many years ago he cut my face by my eyebrow and my left upper lip…I’m very self conscious about the one by my lip…so I don’t take them.  I have come to terms with it but I get tired of people asking me what happened so I stopped doing them.  I’m just hoping to stop getting pm’s about why no face pics, besides this is about the physique not my face.  Have a great Sunday everyone!

I Was “Best Man” At My Friends Wedding Today!! LOL

LOL…I was best man today at my friends wedding! That’s a first…talk about being unconventional! The man that my daughter used to date, when she broke up with him 3 years ago after he proposed to her, we became very good friends. He’s like a son to me. He wanted me to stand up for him because he considers me his “best friend”. I was honored…and everyone said I was the most gorgeous best man they’d ever seen! LOL I was looking pretty sharp in my black suit with satin lapels and a black bustier! HaHa

The wedding was awesome even though it was cold and snowing OUTSIDE!! The wedding was in a gazebo in one of our local parks. Anyway I love them both, his bride was ravishing and I’ve gained another daughter!! I hope I get a pic soon so I can post it!

Workouts are on hold due to severe tendonitis

I can’t workout upper body at all and anything lower that requires holding a weight I can’t do either!  I am being treated with laser treatments for the tendonitis in my right shoulder and elbow, I also have severe neck pain.   I’m in alot of pain and haven’t been on the computer hardly either…unfortunately my boss doesn’t see it as a problem.  I get treated go to work, get worse through the day from using my right arm and the computer, then go home take IBU and ice it then go directly to bed…this sucks!!!

I could really use some cheering up!  Well back to work! UGH!

I’ve decided to do 4 more days on this, I get really good results with this program even though I can’t kill my upper body yet.

Climb up lunges on a bench with dumbells 1×15/per leg, 2×16/per leg, 1×20/per leg

Leg press feet wide stance 1×30, 1×28, 1×25, 1×20

Dumbell squats 3×15

20 min stepper
