Think about what you want, then deliberately create it in your mind. No matter what the goal, be it increased muscle or inches lost, body fat reduction, or weight loss, the action will mean far less than the preparation of thought given to the way in which you feel about your goal…feel as if you’re there before you get there…then it has to happen!

We all have a WELL-BEING locked inside us.
On one side of Bodybuilding there is the physical aspect of training. Hours upon hours are spent moving our bodies. Lifting and pulling, stretching and thrusting machine after machine, dumbell after dumbell. Exercise is what it is. MORE IMPORTANTLY, however, is the mental aspect of training. Balance is necessary to feel total appreciation of our hard work and movement toward WELL-BEING. There exists a wanting to become totally free to feel our own true nature. That is as much a part of Bodybuilding as life itself.
