Okay, I’m ready. As I mentioned before this is about health and accountability for me. I feel like I have an extra hurdle from the typical dieter since I am battling an eating disorder as well. I’m hoping we get through this slowly but that at the end, I am proud of myself for doing this.
Day 1:
B: Coffee w/ hc, sf vanilla syrup and Atkins bar.
Today is cardio day. GOAL: run for 24 minutes at 6.2mph
Also, tonight is hubby’s bday and we are going out to dinner, which frightens me. I will look at menu and make my selection beforehand and try to keep it down. That is my big goal for the day. Silly, eh? But that’s how I will do things for today.
