		<description><![CDATA[Soooo, when I started out with my new chinups goal I was a sad case of 1 chinup, and ooooohhh almost another.  I&#8217;ve been training with 20# assist on back days and on one non-weight train day doing a few sets with 30# assist (pullups).

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Soooo, when I started out with my new chinups goal I was a sad case of 1 chinup, and ooooohhh almost another.  I&#8217;ve been training with 20# assist on back days and on one non-weight train day doing a few sets with 30# assist (pullups).</p>
<p>Yesterday I busted out 2 sets of 4 chinups unassisted.  The first 3 were cake and I honestly thought I&#8217;d make it to 5 or 6, but I&#8217;ll take the 4 right now.  I just need to improve each workout now <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />

		<description><![CDATA[So I started my bodyspace with the intent on getting leaner and stronger.  haha.  I weighed myself today only to discover a rotten 142 staring me in the face. Granted it is a scale I don&#8217;t normally use, so I will do a check-in this weekend.

		<description><![CDATA[So slow but sure I am paving the path to pullups.  I am now training with assisted pullups.  I am down to 20# and today managed sets of 6, 4, 4 and then at 30# did 5 more.   They seem slightly (and I mean slightly) easier.  I will do them!
