Chinups
Soooo, when I started out with my new chinups goal I was a sad case of 1 chinup, and ooooohhh almost another. I’ve been training with 20# assist on back days and on one non-weight train day doing a few sets with 30# assist (pullups).
Yesterday I busted out 2 sets of 4 chinups unassisted. The first 3 were cake and I honestly thought I’d make it to 5 or 6, but I’ll take the 4 right now. I just need to improve each workout now

Good work, you will be knocking out sets of 20 before long, just keep pulling!

That’s pretty good improvement from 1 chin-up. Slow and steady wins the race. Good luck.
