Chinups
Wednesday, May 7th, 2008Soooo, when I started out with my new chinups goal I was a sad case of 1 chinup, and ooooohhh almost another. I’ve been training with 20# assist on back days and on one non-weight train day doing a few sets with 30# assist (pullups).
Yesterday I busted out 2 sets of 4 chinups unassisted. The first 3 were cake and I honestly thought I’d make it to 5 or 6, but I’ll take the 4 right now. I just need to improve each workout now
