My pullup journey
So slow but sure I am paving the path to pullups. I am now training with assisted pullups. I am down to 20# and today managed sets of 6, 4, 4 and then at 30# did 5 more. They seem slightly (and I mean slightly) easier. I will do them!

Hi Lis, Good tip for improving your pull-ups if you have a chin-up bar in the house. Just do a single pull-up every time you pass, because you’re only doing one your technique/muscle memory will improve drastically. It will help you do multiples later.
