Pull-ups…errr
So I don’t know where my post went that I wrote, but I’ll cut to the chase. 2 weeks ago I couldn’t do any pullups. Last week I got 3 sets of 1 & 3/4. haha. Tonight I did 1 set of 2, 2 sets of 1 & 3/4. I’m up 1/4 =)
Man these things are friggen hard

Great job! I don’t know that I’ll ever achieve even 1 unassisted!

You might try doing negatives at the end of your set. That always helps me improve for the next time.

Keep goin, I was stuck at 12, forever, now I’m stuck at 14, but i almost got 15 last week! Good luck.

I can’t really do regular pull-ups. Mine are more like hangs. People tried to encourage me by telling me to try and I have to disappoint them and tell them that is what it looks like when I do try!! I just hang. I actually bought something where I can do different kinds of pull-ups. Of course my other issue is that half the time I can’t even reach the bar so hey…..
