today was so beautiful, went for a run on the cliff walk as soon as I woke up, and finished the day with a downtown hour power walk with my friend just now. My day-off lifting didn’t do me in
So I started my bodyspace with the intent on getting leaner and stronger. haha. I weighed myself today only to discover a rotten 142 staring me in the face. Granted it is a scale I don’t normally use, so I will do a check-in this weekend.
so i later went to the gym for leg day and did my thang. It’s on now 142!
So slow but sure I am paving the path to pullups. I am now training with assisted pullups. I am down to 20# and today managed sets of 6, 4, 4 and then at 30# did 5 more. They seem slightly (and I mean slightly) easier. I will do them!
So I don’t know where my post went that I wrote, but I’ll cut to the chase. 2 weeks ago I couldn’t do any pullups. Last week I got 3 sets of 1 & 3/4. haha. Tonight I did 1 set of 2, 2 sets of 1 & 3/4. I’m up 1/4 =)

So last month I bought 4 boxes of girlscout cookies…well they were in today. So instead of torturing myself with eating them to only feel like garbage with a 2 day sugar hangover, I sold ‘em to someone else and am going to bed feeling great….
