Back in the groove
Wednesday, February 6th, 2008Before my vacation I had tunnel vision and ate very clean without temptation. Somewhere between champagne and chocolate molten cake I became a little lax, and so did my abs. haha. So without any further hesitation I’ve got my protein intake back up, usually makes it a lot easier for the rest of my clean eating to follow. Ok abs, I’m coming at you again.
