Cocoa butter I have heard is good.
I use something called Mederma for a cut that left a scare a few years ago. It helps to heal it over.
I think it's good stuff.

So for dropping weight, adding lean muscle will cause you to lose the most fat. Muscle burns more calories at rest than fat does. Adding more muscle is like putting money in the bank. The more you add, the more interest you gain from it.

Concerning stretch marks, cocoa butter and vitamin E will help. Unfortunately, you will always have them. The good news is, they fade with time.

I forgot to say that walking on a treadmill that is on an incline is a great form of fat-burning cardio, just as good a sweat as running but easier on the joints. Start where you are comfortable and work your way up in minutes and incline.

I agree that diet and training are the key to fat loss. I did not use supplements for most of my weight loss, but I was a "cardio queen" for sure! I took it a little too far in the cardio side but a good mix of cardio with weight training will definitely help you reach all your goals and keep the weight off once you reach them. :)
