Cocoa butter I have heard is good.
I use something called Mederma for a cut that left a scare a few years ago. It helps to heal it over.
I think it's good stuff.

So for dropping weight, adding lean muscle will cause you to lose the most fat. Muscle burns more calories at rest than fat does. Adding more muscle is like putting money in the bank. The more you add, the more interest you gain from it.

Concerning stretch marks, cocoa butter and vitamin E will help. Unfortunately, you will always have them. The good news is, they fade with time.

Cocoa butter and vitamin E are good for stretch marks and helping keep elasticity in the skin.

I don't wholeheartedly agree that cardio is the key...i've dropped 25 lbs in the last 3 months, NO CARDIO. strictly weights. it's just the amount of time spent, for me, it's been an hour and a half - 2 hours. i've been going heavy one week, light the next. 2 weeks ago i started going back and forth in my 4 day training during the week mixing it up light and heavy. So, i don't fully agree w/ p2daop. but do what works for you. change your diet up, and do what u can. everyone is different and reacts differently with different scenarios.
