How can I reduce the appearance and prevent straight marks?

cardio is the key to droppong weight. Lift a little but focus on cardio. Also diet is 70% of the battle.

I don’t wholeheartedly agree that cardio is the key…i’ve dropped 25 lbs in the last 3 months, NO CARDIO. strictly weights. it’s just the amount of time spent, for me, it’s been an hour and a half - 2 hours. i’ve been going heavy one week, light the next. 2 weeks ago i started going back and forth in my 4 day training during the week mixing it up light and heavy. So, i don’t fully agree w/ p2daop. but do what works for you. change your diet up, and do what u can. everyone is different and reacts differently with different scenarios.

Cocoa butter and vitamin E are good for stretch marks and helping keep elasticity in the skin.
