Fatburners

There are so many fat burners on the market and all claim to be the Strongest fat burner on the market. Who do you think has the best fat burner out on the market?

    YOU DO…it’s called high intensity Cardio. Works fast…clears pores (w/sweating)…and delivers a "natural high". Try it…you’ll like it.

    Tried them and think they all waste of money. Didnt do anything for me personally.

    Best thing is your mind..

    get your self into a hardcore state of mind and like the lovley dawn said. high intense cardio.
    thats some serious fatburn there.
    you dont even have to run.. i powerwalk and ski trainer. awsome for fatburning.

    I agree that diet and training are the key to fat loss. I did not use supplements for most of my weight loss, but I was a "cardio queen" for sure! I took it a little too far in the cardio side but a good mix of cardio with weight training will definitely help you reach all your goals and keep the weight off once you reach them. :)

    I forgot to say that walking on a treadmill that is on an incline is a great form of fat-burning cardio, just as good a sweat as running but easier on the joints. Start where you are comfortable and work your way up in minutes and incline.
