New workout/great gains!

I havent posted a blog for quite sometime and i really should keep up on it. Last year i wrote out and typed out a new mass building workout and i never did it. I came accross this workout a few months back and i decided what the heck lets try it. Im use to going to the gym 5-6 days a week, i felt it to be neccesary and felt like i was being lazy if i didnt. And i realized i havent been making any gains… So as of the Sept. 1st i was weighing around 175 pounds. Prob hovering around the 7% bodyfat range from summer. I started loading up on protein shakes and started a loading cycle of creatine. The 2nd week of Sept i started the new workout program. And i instantly began seeing results in strength and size. I started upping my calories to the 4-5,000 range. And currently i am weighing in at 192 pounds, and i am still fairly lean, prob 8-9%. I have people asking me what i have been doing, i am getting so much thicker and just puting on raw size! I am only going to the gym 4 days a week now. Doing    Monday-legs and abs,    Tue-Chest and triceps,    Wed-off,    Thur Shoulders, traps, and abs,   Fri- Back and Biceps,   Sat and Sun off. Monday i will be starting week 5, my goal by Jan 1st was 200 pounds but the rate i am going i will pass that up. But anyways, thanks for everyones advice and support on here, everyone keeps me motivated! If you have any questions for me feel free to ask!! Have a great night!
