I am starting to blog today..just because I am getting frustrated..lately it does not feel like i will ever get there (close to competition ready).My body fat is went up the last 2 weeks like crazy (my progress pics, were b4 the body fat increase lol) and maybe this blog will help.
Today was a bad day I am not feeling well at all and called off from work. This morning I tried working out, b4 I knew how sick I actually was. Some times I think I can fight sickness if I just keeping going but this one has got me best friends with my toliet
This morning I worked back..this is my routine today:
Cable Row: 50×12x3
Pull ups: Do as many as I can by myself..only like 7 today..then add assistance and do 3×20
straight arm pulldown: 70×12x3
underhand cable pulldown: 50×12-15×3
T-Bar row: 40×10-12×3 or 4
Arm extenzes (on swissball) 20×12x3
hyperextensions: holding 10lb. 20×3
shrug: 25×12x3
~~bc i was sick that was all I did today but usually do these as well:
various plyometrics (only 2-3 times a week)
20 mins on strair master
run 1 mile
Sorry if I am writing my routines wrong..im sure you guys can kind of get what I did today. I will post everyday and feel free to message me with suggestions
