Im going to start posting my workouts and most what I eat on here..i have a hard time lately staying motivated so im hoping doing this and getting some feed back from you all will help
and I tried to be friends with my ex..BAD idea and he brought me way down n i dropped him today along with all the other bad habits id picked back up
so lets do work!
Back today:
My back needs lots of work so im trying this pyramid training and all back reps i did 15-12-10-8-6
Bent over row
straight arm pull down
Seated cable rows
assited wide grip pull ups(these I need work I didnt count reps)
back extensions w/ball
wide grip lat pull down
30 mins stair master

Hey Sarah,
Great Idea! It funny how we can sometimes recognize the problem but do nothing about it! You on the other hand have both recognized and set a plan of action into play! Great for you! bb.com is a great place to exactly what you said! I like it because It kinda makes you accountable to someone. I find myself telling on my self on here when I cheat on my diet, or skip something. And the person always either motivate me or give me a stiff kick in the pants (we all need those some times, LOL!!!
) So I wish you fortune, and know that you can do this!
